Onward

Legal

Terms of service.

Last updated 17 October 2026.

1. Who you are contracting with

This site is operated by Gilmore Exposure LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company trading as Onward, 1 E Broad St, Ste 130-1130, Bethlehem, PA 18018. Using this site means you accept these terms.

2. Not a lender, lawyer or accountant

Onward does not fund, lend, or guarantee capital, and does not put its own capital at risk. All program terms, rates, amounts and approval decisions are made solely by third-party lenders under their own underwriting. Approval is never guaranteed.

Nothing on this site or in a session is legal, tax, accounting, investment or credit-repair advice, and reading it creates no attorney-client, fiduciary or advisory relationship. Onward does not perform credit repair services and does not dispute items on your behalf; a credit consultation teaches you to act for yourself.

The Red Flag self-check and the prequalification tool are self-assessments based only on what you enter. They are not a credit decision, a pre-approval, or an offer of credit.

3. Prices, scope and payment

Prices published on this site are the prices, in US dollars. Payment terms for each session and engagement are set out in its engagement agreement. All fees are non-refundable. Each engagement’s scope is what is written on this site or in the engagement letter; anything not listed is out of scope.

On capital placement, any fee is agreed and disclosed to you in writing before a file moves anywhere.

4. No refunds, no guarantees

Fees are not refunded once paid. Onward does not guarantee funding, approval, revenue or any other result. Revenue figures on this site, including the 20 to 30% target, are illustrations and targets, not promises. Where an engagement depends on access, data or decisions from you, the timeline extends by any delay on your side.

5. Cancellation

Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Inside 24 hours, or if you miss the session, it is treated as delivered. Retainers start on a three-month term and continue month to month, cancellable by either side on 30 days’ written notice.

6. Your material and confidentiality

You keep ownership of everything you give us. We keep ownership of our own templates, frameworks and methods, including the Red Flag Report, the Clean File Standard and the Onward Method; you get a perpetual licence to use the specific deliverables produced for you inside your own business. Anything you share about your business is treated as confidential and is not disclosed except to place a file at your direction or where the law requires it.

7. No guaranteed outcome

We do not promise a funding approval, a credit score, a revenue figure, or any other result. Outcomes depend on your business, your file, and decisions made by third parties.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the state and federal courts serving Northampton County, Pennsylvania have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the date of your engagement.
