Who we are

Onward is a trade name of Gilmore Exposure LLC, 1 E Broad St, Ste 130-1130, Bethlehem, PA 18018. You can reach us at joshua@onwardwithus.com or 866-873-3030. Gilmore Exposure LLC is responsible for the personal information described below.

What you give us

We collect what you type or select in a form on this site:

• Red Flag self-check (homepage): your answers to the six questions, and, if you ask for your report, your first name, phone number and email address.
• Call form (Business page): first name, last name, email address, phone number, and optionally your company name.
• Prequalification form: first name, last name, email, phone, state, business name, industry, time in business, whether you have a registered entity, the credit score band you select, whether you have two years of returns showing $50,000 or more of taxable income, and the amount, timing and use of funding you are seeking.

The self-check and the prequalification form ask for a band or a yes/no answer, never an exact score or income figure. We do not pull your credit and do not receive a credit report. Nothing you enter on this site creates a credit inquiry.

What is collected automatically

This site uses two measurement tools:

• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.). It sets cookies and tells Meta when pages are viewed and when a form is started or submitted, so we can measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It does not receive what you type into a form.
• Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights (Vercel Inc.). These count page views and measure page speed without cookies, and do not identify you.

You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, block third-party cookies in your browser, or use your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal. We do not sell personal information for money. Some state laws treat ad measurement like the Meta Pixel as “sharing” for targeted advertising; to opt out of that, email us and we will honour it.

Why we use it

To contact you about your enquiry, to show you which funding programs your answers match, to send the Red Flag Report you asked for, and, only if you ask us to proceed, to package and place your file with third-party lenders. We rely on the consent you give when you tick the box, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and measuring our advertising.

Who we share it with

• Resend (Resend Inc.), which delivers form submissions to us by email.
• Vercel (Vercel Inc.), which hosts this site and processes the request that carries your submission.
• Meta, as described above, for ad measurement.
• Cal.com, if you book a call, which collects what you give it under its own privacy policy.
• Third-party lenders and funding partners, only if you tell us to proceed with a file. Your answers are not sent to any lender until you ask us to submit an application, and we will tell you before a file moves.

Otherwise we disclose information only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for 7 years after the engagement ends, to meet tax and professional record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your information, opt out of ad sharing, or withdraw consent to be contacted at any time, by emailing joshua@onwardwithus.com. We respond within 45 days. If you live in a state with a comprehensive privacy law, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others, those rights apply to you, and you may appeal a refusal by replying to our response. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.

Calls, texts and email

When you tick the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by phone, SMS and email about the enquiry you submitted. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us to be removed entirely.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security and changes

Submissions are sent over TLS and delivered to a mailbox we control. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
