Who we are

Onward is a trade name of Gilmore Exposure LLC, 1 E Broad St, Ste 130-1130, Bethlehem, PA 18018. You can reach us at joshua@onwardwithus.com or 929-977-6118. Gilmore Exposure LLC is the controller of the personal information described below.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site. Specifically:

• Contact form (Business page): first name, last name, email address, phone number, and optionally your company name.
• Prequalification form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, state, business name, industry, time in business, whether you have a registered entity, the credit score band you select, whether you have two years of returns showing $50,000 or more of taxable income, the amount and timing of funding you are seeking, and what the funds are for.

The prequalification form asks you to select a credit score band and to confirm an income threshold. We do not pull your credit, we do not receive a credit report, and we do not receive an exact score or an exact income figure — only the band or the yes/no answer you choose. Nothing you enter on that page creates a credit inquiry of any kind.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or third-party trackers on this site. We do not set cookies. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use what you submit to contact you about your enquiry, to tell you which funding programs your answers match, and — if you ask us to proceed — to package and place your file with third-party lenders. We rely on your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who we share it with

• Resend (Resend Inc.), which delivers form submissions to us by email.
• Vercel (Vercel Inc.), which hosts this site and processes the request that carries your submission.
• Cal.com, if you book a call, which collects the information you give it under its own privacy policy.
• Third-party lenders and funding partners — only if you tell us to proceed with a file. Your prequalification answers are not sent to any lender unless and until you ask us to submit an application, and we will tell you before a file moves.

We disclose information otherwise only where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for 7 years after the engagement ends, to meet tax and professional record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your information, and you can withdraw consent to be contacted at any time, by emailing joshua@onwardwithus.com. We will respond within 45 days. If you are a resident of a state with a comprehensive privacy law — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others — those rights apply to you, and you may appeal a refusal by replying to our response. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.

Calls, texts and email

When you tick the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by phone, SMS and email about the enquiry you submitted. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us to be removed entirely.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security and changes

Submissions are sent over TLS and delivered to a mailbox we control. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
