The clean report.
Read your report the way an underwriter does. Dispute in the right order. Keep deletions from coming back.
What it is
The clean report is a one-to-one session on reading your own credit report the way a lender's underwriter reads it, and correcting it in the order that holds.
Who it's for
Owners who have been declined and were never told why, and anyone who wants to know what a lender sees before a lender sees it.
What you leave with
- Your report marked up line by line, with the items that actually drive the decision separated from the noise
- A written dispute order — which items go first, which go never, and why sequence changes the outcome
- The difference between what is inaccurate, what is unverifiable, and what is simply bad news you have to outlast
- A realistic date, not a promised score
How the session runs
You bring a current report from all three bureaus. We read it together on the call. You leave with the order of operations written down, and you execute it — this is instruction, not a dispute service run on your behalf.
Sessions are one-to-one and taught live by Joshua Gilmore. Thirty minutes is $150; a full hour is $250. There is no package, no course, and no upsell at the end — you book the time you need.
The clean report.
If you're not sure this is the right discipline for what you're facing, book the consultation instead and I'll point you at the right one — or tell you it isn't me.
